Costumes! It’s that time! Costume Deposits are due November 1st, a deposit of $35/costume is billed to your account. Please pay this deposit to ensure that your dancer’s costume will be ordered. Dance Addiction members costumes have been billed in full to your account.
If your dancer is in Ballet, they will be featured in the production of “The Nutcracker” in December 2019. Each dancer will receive a leotard for their part and rent items from BBDA. The leotards are $19.95 each and the rental items are $15.00 each (depending on your dancer’s role in the Nutcracker). All of these items have been billed to your account. Nutcracker Costumes will be distributed after Thanksgiving Break. Please make sure that your dancer is at their rehearsals to ensure that this production is a success!
The Spirit of Christmas & The Nutcracker! Our Christmas Recital will be held at the Capitol Theatre on Friday December 20that 5:00pm. (Dress rehearsal will be held on Thursday December 19that 5:00pm at the Capitol Theatre!) Tickets will go on sale on Monday November 18th, 2019at the Capitol Theatre Box Office or online at capitoltheatre.org. Each performer has been billed a $35 program fee to your account. This fee includes a 2X3 business card size ad in our program & two complimentary tickets to our show.
The first half of our Christmas Show will feature the production of BBDA’s “The Nutcracker.” All Ballet Classes have been working hard to put together this production! The Nutcracker characters will wear their required leotard & rental items for their section. Dancers will all have a high ballet bun with pink tights & pink ballet shoes.
The second half of our show will feature Christmas routines by all of our Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Contemporary, & Musical Theatre Classes. These dancers will wear any combination of Red & Black or Christmas attire and appropriate shoes. Hair must be up in a high ponytail or bun.
Program Ad Information:
*Each performer has been billed a $35 program fee.
*Program Fee includes a 2X3 business card size ad in our program & two complimentary tickets to our show.
*Your business card size ad will be a picture of your dancer(s) and a message to your dancer to see on show night. Please email all ads to firstname.lastname@example.org or turn in all ads to our office box no later than Wednesday November 27th.
*Your program fee must be paid by November 18th in order to receive your two complimentary tickets to our show. (One ticket is intended for the dancer if they plan on watching any of the show & the other one is intended for one parent.)

*In order to receive your two complimentary tickets, you will want to use the Promo Code: BBDADANCER. Complimentary tickets will only be available from November 18th-November 22nd.
*Cast Member Special– All purchased tickets will be $12.00 each during November 18th-22nd. After this week, ticket prices will be $15.00 each.
*Everyone who plans on sitting in the audience will need a ticket to our show regardless of age.*
Program Ad Contest!
Every year, we offer our dancers an incentive to sell as many ads for our program as possible! This is a great way for businesses to get recognition, offer promotions, or Grandma and Grandpa to show their love to their favorite dancer! This year for our Christmas Recital, the dancer who sells the most amount of program ads (Monetary Amount) will receive a Red Personalized Hydroflask! If you would like to participate in this contest, just pick up the Program Ad Form and SELL SELL SELL!

- All Communication to/from BBDA is via email, BBDA Office & your Dancer’s mailbox. You can call/email our office & we will get back to you at our earliest convenience.
- Monthly Tuition is due by the 10thof each month.
- No Food or Drink allowed in the Dance Studios. Water Bottles OK.
- Please clean up after yourself.
- If your dancer participates in our after-school walk group, please call us if they are unable to attend on their walk day.
Parents can view your dancer’s class the first week of each month. Special arrangements may be made in the office. Thank you for understanding!
